• Booking details: your name, email, phone number, trip date and party size.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• Enquiries you send through our contact form or WhatsApp.
• A first-party referral cookie if you arrive via a partner link, used to credit that partner.

How we use it

• To confirm and run your booking, including pickup arrangements.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To pay our marketing partners the commission they have earned.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to deliver your trip (for example our payment processor). We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your personal data at any time by emailing zambezirivercompany@gmail.com. You can clear the referral cookie by clearing your browser cookies.
